We have developed a unique flexible parts production system for manufacturing small precision tube and pipes in various styles to meet our customers' requirements. 1.We have been certified ISO9000 series.(Electronic Parts Division)
We have been working on continuous improvement for quality of production. We are now certified by SGS ICS JAPAN as ISO 9002 acknowledged factory. We think that this is the first step to meet international market's needs. From now on, we will make effort to improve current quality management system for aiming further step.
2.We have developed a new washing machine for long fine precision tube. (Electronic Parts Division)
We have developed various production machines for own use. Up to this time, washing the inside surface of fine precision tube had been difficult because the requirement of cleanness was strict. In order to meet this requirement, we designed and manufactured a new type washing machine for long fine precision tube.
3.We have developed a new production technique for manufacturing tantalum cathode sleeves.(Electronic Parts Division)
Main characteristics of cathode sleeves, one of electron gun's parts for the cathode ray tube, are relatively small diameter, about 1.5mm, and ultra thin wall thickness, about 0.02mm. There had been many problems producing large number of tantalum cathode sleeves, which were made from wielding seam pipes, with definite quality level. We have solved these problems by using new techniques. Now, we can successfully manufacture them with definite quality level and competitive cost.
4.We are now under the development of wielding seam molybdenum pipes. (Electronic Parts Division)
